Tumbling and Trampoline at Kinetic GC!

Tumbling and trampoline gymnastics is an emerging, popular facet of gymnastics and a recent event addition to the Olympics. Kinetic GC is one of only 3 gyms in Oregon with a competitive team. Our gymnasts train and have won State and Regional titles, traveling to Nationals in 2009, 2010 and 2011. We are currently building our skills, and are looking forward to Nationals this year in Long Beach, CA!
Kindernastics (Age 2.5 - 5) 45min/week $45 Session Fee For children wanting a basic foundation of gymnastics. This class will focus on basics and introducing skill progressions such as; cartwheel, handstand, and forward and backward rolls. Bars, Beam and Trampoline are introduced.

Beginning (Ages 5-12) 60 min/class 1x week $65/mo 2x week $120/mo
This is ideal for school age children that want to check out the sport of gymnastics. This class is geared as an introduction to TnT and Artistic gymnastics and focuses on body positions, terminology, strength and flexibility and fun! No experience necessary.
Ratio: Min 3
Intermediate (Ages 6-12) 90 min/class 1x week $75/mo, 2x week $140/mo This group will start to intoduce skills in progression to gear up for competitive opportunities. More commitment = more fun!
Competitive Team TnT Level 4-5 2x per week $140/mo
This group will start to learn routines and competition skills as part of the KGC team. USAG membership and uniform fees apply. More commitment = more fun!
Ages 6-everyone
Competitive Team TnT Level 6+ 2x per week $150/mo, 3x week $200/mo
This is our experienced competitive team. Higher time and effort expections are key to continued success. USAG membership, meet fees, travel fees and uniform fees apply.
